Since September 1, the doors of Rare Studios Amsterdam have been wide open in the heart of the Baarsjes, near Mercatorplein.
Rare Studios is a hub for creative entrepreneurs who are looking for a flexible workspace and a photo studio, where they can connect with other creative freelancers. The target? Stimulate creativity in a small, intimate group. By inspiring, stimulating and brainstorming with each other.
A calming and inspiring workspace
In the space of 110m2, you will find 5 flexible workstations and 2 different photo studios. Photographers can take their shots in The White Room or The Living Room. Lots of light, natural materials and plants create a calming and inspiring workspace. In this setting, entrepreneurs can express their creativity on a daily basis. A big plus are the many multicultural cuisines in the area, which are happy to provide a delicious lunch. Would you like to come and see the space? Founder Michelle’s dream
Founder Michelle Ybanez is a designer and impact entrepreneur, graduated from the Willem de Kooning Academy. She combines her work as a social designer, branding consultant and marketeer, and helps other impact companies get off the ground.
The opening of Rare Studios Amsterdam is a dream for Michelle. ”I want to create a place where creative entrepreneurs and other like-minded people can come together, on a flexible or permanent basis, to inspire each other. To do business sustainably and socially, and thereby make a positive impact.”
